What's Happening
— Integrated Facility Cleaning Partner · New England · Since 1996
Built for ISO classifications.Ready for everything else.
Your cleanroom is where contamination becomes a citation, a patient safety event, or a shutdown; and the company cleaning it should have thirty years of zero-citation history and an ISO 14644-5 standard editor on staff. For the building it lives in, a structurally separate workforce holds exactly the same standard, without ever becoming a contamination pathway into your classified spaces. Two divisions. One uncompromising company.
We also provide complete facility services for organizations that simply hold their buildings to a higher standard – cleanroom or not.

One umbrella · two divisions
One company controls both sides of the envelope.
Most facilities use two vendors — one for the cleanroom, one for the building around it. Different companies, different standards, different chains of custody. We close that gap.

Integrated Services
The CleanTech Difference
Why integrated service is the only right answer.
When a national janitorial company wins your facility contract, two separate business units — often unknown to each other — manage your cleanroom and your general facility. They don’t share training, supervision, or contamination awareness. That gap is where contamination events happen.
CleanTech Systems was built around a different principle: that contamination control is a facility-wide responsibility, not a cleanroom-only problem. From the moment a visitor enters your parking lot to the moment a technician enters your ISO-classified suite, every inch of your facility is part of your contamination control strategy.

One Site Director. The buck stops here.
Your manufacturing manager, QA manager and facilities director have a single point of contact who knows your facility, your contamination control needs, your audit calendar, and your quality system. National janitorial companies rotate regional managers. We build trusting relationships that last decades.

Structural separation of workforces.
Our GMP-trained cleanroom technicians and our facility services team are entirely separate workforces — separate training, separate supervision, separate quality systems. The facility team never enters the cleanroom envelope. This isn’t just policy. It’s architecture.

Contamination-aware facility cleaning.
Our facility team understands GMP culture, how cleanrooms function, contamination migration & risk, and gowning discipline. A standard janitorial company’s staff doesn’t know what a 483 is. Ours does.

Premium cleanroom. Competitive facility.
Our cleanroom work is priced at specialty rates — because it is specialty work. Our facility services are bundled as a convenience advantage, at lower rates. The result: more protection at a total cost that’s genuinely hard for any national to match.
Contamination Control Architecture
The completecontaminationcontrol envelope.
Every facility has a contamination control envelope — whether you manage it intentionally or not. CleanTech Systems is the precision cleaning partner that owns the entire envelope, from the inner most clean space to the facility perimeter, under a unified management structure with zero handoff gaps.

The Separation Principle — Our Structural Competitive Advantage
Our cleanroom technicians and facility services personnel are never interchangeable. They hold different training certifications, report to different supervisors, and operate under different quality systems. The facility team does not have cleanroom access — ever. This structural separation is not just good practice; it is the foundation of our promise that your facility cleaning will never become a vector for cleanroom contamination.
Account Management Model
Built to win againstbig janitorial.
Large national janitorial companies win on scale and price. We win on expertise, accountability, and integrated management — a structure no national can replicate without restructuring their entire business model. And unlike the nationals, we value every account — regardless of size.
Larger Accounts
The Site Director Model
For larger facilities, a dedicated Site Director serves as the single point of contact for your Manufacturing, QA/QC, EHS, and Facilities leadership. The Site Director knows your audit calendar, attends your environmental quality management and change control meetings, and provides the complete integrated management structure that sets CleanTech apart.
Under the Site Director sit two division supervisors — a GMP-certified Cleanroom Supervisor and a GMP-aware Facility Supervisor — each leading their respective, structurally separated teams.
Small & Mid-Size Accounts
The Area Director Model
We are genuinely committed to being the right partner for smaller and mid-size facilities. For accounts where a dedicated on-site director isn’t in the budget, we assign an Area Director — a senior-level manager who works closely with your Site Supervisors and maintains the same high standards of accountability, communication, and quality oversight.
You receive the same integrated service philosophy, the same contamination-aware workforce structure, and direct access to experienced management. The CleanTech integration model is fully intact, regardless of account size. You will never be treated as a secondary priority.
CLEANTECH SYSTEMS
• One Director who knows your facility, your quality teams, and your audit calendar
• Structurally separated workforces — cleanroom and facility teams never interchange
• GMP-aware facility team — they understand contamination risk, 483s, and gowning protocols
• 30-year perfect compliance record — no national can claim this
• Owner accessible — you can call the person who built the company
• Committed to every account size — small, mid-size, and large
LARGE NATIONAL JANITORIAL COMPETITORS
- Rotating regional managers with no facility-specific knowledge or history
- General janitorial staff frequently floated between environments
- Cleanroom and facility often separate business units that don’t coordinate
- Compliance track record difficult to verify at the account level
- Escalation paths through multiple management layers and regional offices
- Primary interest and focus with very large facilities

Cleanroom Sectors & Expertise
Specialized for yourcontrolled environment.
Our technicians are educated and trained in the specific contamination threats, regulatory requirements, and cleaning methodologies that govern each sector we serve. Generic cleaning has no place in classified environments.

Bio-Pharmaceutical
Pharmaceutical manufacturing contamination poses severe risks to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and product efficacy. Your major concerns are our major concerns.
Particle Contamination:
Skin cells, hair, spittle, wear particles, glass particles, dust, soil, rust, gypsum (sheetrock damage), paper, lint/fibers, misc. debris.
Microbial Contamination:
Bacteria, mold, and yeast can contaminate sterile products, leading to failed batches, altered drug properties, and patient infection.

Medical Device
Even though your final product(s) undergo sterilization, regulations demand your cleanroom be both cleaned and disinfected. We will help you manage particle contamination, bioburden and cross-contamination during assembly.
Semiconductor
We treat your cleanroom as your firm’s most important “process tool,” and in pursuit of mastery, achieve unrivalled contamination control. Settling particles are affected by numerous physical forces — static, ionic attraction, humidity, gravity and Van der Waal forces — which cause them to bond to surfaces in such a manner that their removal becomes very difficult, at best. This is where a specialized crew of technical cleaners who are properly educated, trained and equipped can remove environmental contamination threats to your process and product.

Aerospace
Settling particulate matter, chemical residues, AMCs (Airborne Molecular Contaminants), and foreign object debris can cause catastrophic component failure or reduced performance. The CleanTech service team has been educated and trained through the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST). Our specialists will enhance the effectiveness of your engineered cleaning program, as well as lower the cost of cleaning.

Data Centers
CleanTech specializes in the cleaning and maintenance of commercial data centers to ensure optimal performance and reliability of your critical equipment. Improving equipment reliability prevents business disruptions and financial loss — our controlled environment services ensure sensitive IT areas remain free from particle contamination that contributes to unexpected downtime.
We customize our approach to your facility’s needs, offering precision cleaning services down to the submicron level for maximum efficiency and optimization. Our highly trained Cleaning Technicians understand the importance and sensitivity of your IT assets — including contamination and cross-contamination, particle sources and transmission routes, particle behavior, ESD/ESA, and the careful, systematic removal of contaminants.
Our technicians take pride in their work and fully realize the criticality of it — and the essential role they play in protecting the operational integrity of your company’s technology assets and the facility they reside in.
